Hy Smith, resident of Naples, Florida for twenty years, now owns a home in Sarasota, Florida as well as southern Oregon. He received his MBA from the University of Utah. Hy has been consulting and brokering practices since 1974. He has presented many courses on practice management and practice transitions. He is a former president of ADS (formerly American Dental Sales) and is currently the director for Exit and Transition Strategy for the Pride Institute.

Stuart lives in Pembroke Pines, Florida and manages ADS Florida, LLC on Florida's East Coast. Stuart has been associated with ADS Florida, LLC and Professional Transitions, Inc. since 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, and practiced general dentistry for 18 years. Stuart has been a speaker at study clubs and participated with SFDDA programs.

Paul lives in Orlando and is the ADS Florida, LLC representative for Central and North Florida. Paul received his dental and legal degrees from the University of Florida. He practiced dentistry in Orlando for 11 years. With his dental and legal experience, Paul is uniquely qualified to assist dentists in their professional endeavors and is a special addition to our outstanding team. He has presented numerous courses on legal topics for local dental associations.

Greg lives in Sarasota and represents ADS Florida on the West Coast. Greg received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He received his MBA from Wake Forest University. Greg is currently also a financial analyst for the Pride Institute and Pride Transitions as well as the marketing chair for ADS nationwide.
