Meet our company team:

	H. M. (Hy) Smith, MBA Managing Member hy@adsflorida.com Hy Smith, resident of Naples, Florida for twenty years, now owns a home in Sarasota, Florida as well as southern Oregon. He received his MBA from the University of Utah. Hy has been consulting and brokering practices since 1974. He has presented many courses on practice management and practice transitions. 	Stuart M. Auerbach, DDS Vice President of Sales Southeast Florida stuart@adsflorida.com Stuart lives in Pembroke Pines, Florida and manages ADS Florida, LLC on Florida's East Coast. Stuart has been associated with ADS Florida, LLC and Professional Transitions, Inc. since 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, and practiced general dentistry for 18 years. 	Paul Rang, DMD, JD Vice President of Sales North/Central Florida paul@adsflorida.com Paul lives in Orlando and is the ADS Florida, LLC representative for Central and North Florida. Paul received his dental and law degrees from the University of Florida. He practiced dentistry in Orlando for 12 years. With his dental and legal experience, Paul is uniquely qualified to assist dentists in their professional endeavors and is a special addition to our outstanding team. 	Greg Auerbach, MBA Transition Specialist West Coast / Southwest greg@adsflorida.com Greg lives in Sarasota and represents ADS Florida on the West Coast. Greg received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He received his MBA from Wake Forest University. Greg is currently also a financial analyst for the Pride Institute and Pride Transitions as well as the marketing chair for ADS nationwide. 	Olga Rodriguez, RDH Transition Consultant Miami olga@adsflorida.com Olga is experienced in both the clinical and business aspects of dental practice, having been a Licensed Dental Hygienist since 1992, practiced and taught dental hygiene, and earned a Business Degree from Florida International University.
