TO DEVELOP AN EXCLUSIVE, ENHANCED DATA COLLECTION PROCESS

Prior to the ADS-Sikka Software alliance there was no efficient method for collecting the in-depth practice data necessary to accurately determine the value of an existing dental practice. Using Sikka Software’s expertise in data extraction and parsing technologies in combination with ADS’s expertise in practice valuation, the capability to automatically extract practice and financial data from the dental practice management and financial system for evaluation purposes has now been developed. This collection process will mean nearly hands-off involvement by the owner doctor while allowing for increased information accessibility for practice sales and valuations, enhancing the availability and reliability of information and reports provided to both existing practice owners and potential purchasers.
